Even gods lack adequate chest support!Click for full image

Ok! What would gods normally do, while inhabiting the body of a busty half naked women? Hmmm, how about standing by a sweet tower glowing oddly, on all fours in front of some sort of cat creature and swinging a sword about to decapitate a snake. Gods are all about the sexual innuendo! Yeaaaaahhhhaaa!

Thanks to David D!

Actually, that is a pretty good cover! That could be much worse. Now that is slightly embarrassingNasty, but I would still take it on a train. It is somewhere in between the awful/good scale.Would not like to be seen reading that!Awful... just Awful...I swear, that\'s my flatmates!Gah... my eyes! They are burning!Good Show Sir.... Good Show! (Rating: 7.38 out of 10)

Haha good spelling mistake also in the picture! :D

  2. Simon Says:

    Pathway to the Gouds!

    These are spectacularly awful.

  3. Simon Says:

    ‘ . . . of the Gouds’

    I’ve gone blind . . .

  4. SI Says:

No they are not Simon. As the note says, they are the perfect gift. And to be signed by the authour, who wouldn’t jump at the chance?

That was just to point it out, to anyone that hadn’t noticed. Unless there is a strange american spelling of author… then I’d look rather silly.

  5. little mi Says:

hmm… do you really trust the gift choices of a bookseller who can’t spell author?! Not a great sign really.

I had a blind moment and read the last title as Bothering Gods, which actually sounds much more interesting.

  6. James Lovegrove Says:

I read it as “Fathering Gods”, which, given the nubility of the ladies on the covers, well, wouldn’t you?

  7. CSA Says:

Well i’m not sure Little Mi has the right equipment for the task.

Sad to see an authours credability taking a hit because of a rather slow bookshop manager. There were ample opportunities to spot the mispelling; when writing it, when photocopying it and when putting it under the book which has a sticker with correct spelling on it…

  8. CSA Says:

    * misspelt “misspelling” gawd damn *

  9. Nix Says:

    Also ‘credibility’ and ‘awthour’.

  10. CSA Says:

Ah i dnit sopt ‘credibility’, but I thnik if i wroked in a bokooshp id mkae mroe eoffrt to sepll tihngs crorcelty.

you say tomato, i say tmotao

All that’s missing is that Baen guy’s head on the cover. Or are these books for fanboys who think “Tomb Raider” too deep and literary?
