Good Show Sir’s Art Direction: Woahhh… yeah that LSD has just kicked in… SECRETARY… take this down. And by secretary I mean you sir, the man in the urinal next to me. A tomato plant… triceratops! What’s that, hand dryer elf? Yes you are right, it wouldn’t be complete unless it was multicoloured!

Tom Hering Comments: From St. John to Krenkel to Frazetta to this. The most egregious example I’ve ever seen of a publisher using an amateur artist to save a little money.

Joachim Comments: The future fashion item of choice — yellow plastic latex gloves… A better title would be “The Janitorial Triplets: an odyssey from childhood to adulthood”.

Frank Comments: Such a high-tension thriller. A goat’s head on a plate, and a toad. Photographic covers really should be used with more care.

Valerie Comments: Here is a little find in the young adult section. The book sounds decent enough, but I’m not sure with about that cover. Looks like nosy, boring, neighbour in space.

It’s another bank holiday weekend and that can only mean one thing for us here at Good Show Sir! Party time! Or possibly just the cinema and a few beers, which might be a party… to some people.
These covers have been sent in by the very excellent Saxy Stevenson who found them while in Nepal. Hope you enjoy them, as for the published dates… ummm can anyone here read Japanese?

Good Show Sir’s Art Direction: So I was drunk in this art gallery and this old wise man turns to me and says, “You know… the frame is probably worth more than the picture!” I was just like, “DUDE, you’ve just blown my mind.” Frames are expensive… we’ll make a fake one… I have an epic border to include. It’ll really round things off… I swear!

Frank Comments: The cover picture makes me think of folks bringing knives to a gun fight, but isn’t exactly a situation from the story, although you can see the characters there: the antagonist, the girl, the adventurer, and some of the nameless drug addicts who do the antagonist’s dirty work.

Good Show Sir’s Art Direction: How short can you make a man skirt? Well it better just about cover the essentials because I’m sure that’s how a legionnaire went into battle against armoured wizards with comic book red eyes peering out from their helmets.

Good Show Sir’s Art Direction: Ting! It’s genius, you see. As many tings as you can get on there – I want the cover covered in ting! Oh and maybe a women in a cat suit… but don’t you dare leave her un-tinged!
