Actually, that cover IS a classical work of art!I would touch it without protective gloves.I've seen worse. Far, far, worse.Interesting, but I would still read it in public.Middlng: Neither awful nor awfully goodWould not like to be seen reading that!Awful... just awful...That belongs in a gold-lame picture frame!Gah... my eyes are burning! Feels so good!Good Show Sir! (Average: 5.40 out of 10)

“That Tarl Cabot? He’s a bigger pussy than any of his slavegirls…”

  2. Tor Mented Says:

Let’s hotfoot it out of here!

    Konan the Krozairian

  5. fred Says:

A Faux-nan in adorable little jester booties.
If I had a bucket list for GSS, that would have been on it.

  6. NomadUK Says:

‘Half Price’ implies the original price for this was $6. I have a feeling that even at half price, at least two people got rooked.

  7. Tor Mented Says:

Krozair sounds like a budget airline.
The flight attendant in the back leaves something to be desired, but they obviously have a liberal carry-on policy.

  8. fred Says:

Written by Kenneth Bulmer, belongs in the Dray Prescot series. Krozair is a title, not a name.
Prescot seems to get children out of the blue.

My final grade for this art project is a K+. Next time, try to use more orange and blue.

  10. Francis Boyle Says:

So low-rent even our monster can’t manage to stifle a yawn.

  11. Bruce A Munro Says:

It pursues relentlessly, and wants to talk to you about your extended chariot warranty.

  12. Bruce A Munro Says:

Is the woman engaged in energetic head-banging while being carried? Not sure why else her hair should be going _upwards_…

@fred: they are delightful, aren’t they?

  13. emster Says:

@fred and @bruce – that’s one way to get around the foot art issue. Just missing cute, cute bells on the cuffs and toes.

  14. GSS ex-noob Says:

    Krozair, Kregen, Krazy.

What’s he running across? Can’t be lava, or his twee booties and feet would be burned up. Can’t be paint or frosting, because said booties aren’t colored. Is he levitating? If it’s some sort of lava or fire, at least they’ll both be warm even though scantily clad, though the metal might be too hot.

The look in the kritter’s eyes seems more sad than angry.

Does KofK have an orthodontic emergency?

    @NomadUK: And that’s half price even as-is!

    @Tor: Fly the unfriendly skies!

@fred: Are people and places only allowed one initial letter per realm? And the map there is the Mediterranean, Black Sea, and Near East with the serial numbers not hardly filed off.

@Daard: I was about to mention the orange and blue too.

@Bruce: His hair and various bits of her clothing and his booties trim seem to be going upwards too. Updraft from the heat source? Or is KofK just not bothering to support her head/neck?

    GSS to: Max, Tor, FB.

  15. Emster Says:

@GSSxn – my vote is “sad” – ’cause he doesn’t get to wear cute, cute booties for this cover. Or legs for that matter.

  16. GSS ex-noob Says:

@Emster: I guess everyone/everything on this cover can levitate. Even her hair.

With all the fiddly bits, I wonder how long this took to paint?
