@Francis: yeah, it very much is NOT.
It looks like a small child dressed in a very elaborate costume who’s going trick or treating. The person whose hand is showing has just said,”Honey, get a picture of this! * Isn’t it adorable? That’s a great costume, you get the full-sized candy bar.”
I suppose the volcano could be part of the homeowners’ Halloween decor in the front yard, though it would be extremely non-traditional.
