Honestly, this is a photograph, not a painting. Most actors really look like that underneath all the plastic surgery, Botox and makeup.

(For those not in the know ABC is owned by a complete psycho who steals her server’s tips, supports anti-gay groups, harasses people online who dare speak out against her, and is so bad that Gordon Ramsey walked out.)
