Harry’s Art Direction: I know it’s a serious novel about a bunch of survivors on an Alien world. I know it’s written by Joanna Russ. Yes, Fred, I KNOW who she is, but portraying the heroine as competent won’t sell books. This is the 70s, man, so you just GOTTA stick her in a silver bikini and put her on a phallic rocket cycle – and don’t forget to make it a crotch shot.

Art Direction: I want this one looking exactly like a scary leaflet you’d get from some crazed new age cult! Naked opaque giant men, lens flares, rings of fire and eighties squiggles! We’ll double our congregation with this. Sorry, I mean readers… or… do I?

Good Show Sir Art Direction A vast ocean with ships sailing through it’s calm seas, the sun piercing through the picturesque clouds and trees with running rivers in the background. Oh, and a female werewolf resting her huge boobs on a sword, howling upwards with a dark halo…….what are you looking me like that for?
