Good Show Sir’s Art Direction: Remember that time you walked in on your parents as they were making your brother? Yeah… if you could sum up all those feelings and put it into the expressions of the main characters, who must be wearing caped onesies. Instant classic… though you might need some more therapy afterwards.

Lauren F Comments: Two covers for the price of one! But you’ll spend all your time trying to figure out the front cover so they may as well have left the back cover blank.

Scott B comments:Maybe I’ve been reading too much science fiction, but for some reason I’m less disturbed by the one-eyed two-headed(? -brained?) tentacular thing there, and more curious about why it’s wearing multiple belts.

It’s another bank holiday weekend and that can only mean one thing for us here at Good Show Sir! Party time! Or possibly just the cinema and a few beers, which might be a party… to some people.
These covers have been sent in by the very excellent Saxy Stevenson who found them while in Nepal. Hope you enjoy them, as for the published dates… ummm can anyone here read Japanese?

Winged Wolf Comments: An excellent series, and one of my favourites. This scene actually appears in the book, and is depicted fairly accurately. Except for the tentacles. They never get the tentacles right.

ash966 Comments: Why, hello there, giant-brain-eyeball-octopus-bat-guy! And what’s behind your head? It’s not the moon, because it doesn’t go all the way around. An enormous cantaloupe, perhaps?

Art Direction: Man in a thong sword fighting an octopus while two half naked babes watch. My only regret is that only the French people will see this glorious work of art. Maybe someday… someone… somewhere will show this to the masses so they might all say, “Good Show Sir. Good Show!”

Art Direction: You know what I feel enhances any work of art… glow! Imagine the scene, two young lovers entwined in… tentacles… and around them a mystical blue glow to signify magic or possibly the sharing of deep feelings. Nah I’m just kidding, we all know what he’s going to use those things for. But the glow will enchance something I’m sure!

Adam Comments: The men being attacked by the sinister tentacle are not, in fact, wearing white leotards. They are covered in a fine white-haired pelt. I’m not sure who in the chain of events leading to the publishing of this book was taking copious amounts of drugs.
