That awkward moment when meeting your lizard ex-girlfriend on your way to work.Click for full image

Billy Awesome’s Art Direction: This cover needs a reptilian lady of the night and her pimp, and a pixie-hatted space businessman.  Oh, and something something time travel, so put a couple of proper Victorians and one of those tricorn hat guys in there somewhere.  Tie it all together with an orange Creamsicle theme.

Well we had Paris yesterday… or Blackpool… or Las Vegas… anyway, it’s a loose tie-in!

Many thanks to Tat Wood who sent these in ages ago but have been sitting around due to site problems. Which, I might add, are still being looked at – I swear!

Yes another year has passed and we have been through a lot. There’s been a overall disappointing 1000th Good Show Sir post, and a few cat people… oh and some real world stuff but who cares about that! I am of course kidding about our special 1000th post, it was excellent, well thought through and certainly wasn’t rushed. I do want to say a special thanks to the Tag Wizard, he’s been a real help over the past year! His skills are excellent and highly sought after so please continue to suggest your own tags to give him more work!

Once again no one has topped the ever strong I Sing the Body Electric, even with Chinese Good Show Sir making web imps to screw around with our delicate voting system.

2014 brings our 5 year anniversary and hopefully we’ll have something fun and actually well thought through! No promises though!

So here are some excellent covers to sum up the year! We’ll be back on Monday 6th Jan 2014 posting as normal, so that’s whenever we can be bothered!

This years top rated cover:

Look at me... you think I'd turn down an aardvark?Click for original post

The second top rated cover:

Don could only panic as he realised a normal woman had joined his odd parade! lsdjf;sp Click for original post

The Tag Wizard’s pick of the year:

Well... whatever you do don't take me to the butt lines!Click for original post

And the cover that of spawned the infamous, “The Comments that Came to Sarnath,” incident!

Anyone got more words that rhyme with doom? Good luck!Click for original post

It’s another bank holiday weekend and that can only mean one thing for us here at Good Show Sir! Party time! Or possibly just the cinema and a few beers, which might be a party… to some people.

These covers have been sent in by the very excellent Saxy Stevenson who found them while in Nepal. Hope you enjoy them, as for the published dates… ummm can anyone here read Japanese?

Good Show Sir’s Art Direction: Stuck for something to draw eh? All one has to do is follow the editors rhyme, “Golden chair on which a hunk may sit, dinosaur.” Yeah… it’s not much of a rhyme really. But here’s the twist: it’s in space!
