Frank McC comments: First I thought “wonder if that guy on the cover realizes how close he came to getting whacked upside the head by that rocket” and then I saw the “unimaginable demensions”.

Joachim comments: “If you look closely there’s a star on my cheek. I’m the STAR.”

Thanks Joachim!
Frank Comments: The cover picture makes me think of folks bringing knives to a gun fight, but isn’t exactly a situation from the story, although you can see the characters there: the antagonist, the girl, the adventurer, and some of the nameless drug addicts who do the antagonist’s dirty work.

Good Show Sir’s Art Direction: This… defies convention my friend. That damsel’s clothes aren’t even ripped or even showing any impressive cleavage! But not to worry, we can save this… just wait till you see the font I picked out. No one will notice your partially shaved alien bear sharp toothed no horned minotaur monster… I think…

Good Show Sir’s Art Direction: I expect hell will be similar to my Friday night… naked and flexing my fine stuff! HEYOOo… high five? High five…? No? Ok… but seriously, I want a bum on there. You can draw mine, I shaved and…. what… No? Ok… just get Ron from accounting, he works out.

Scott B Comments: Compared with the Fantasy People of “The Cache”, the Science Fiction People have proven to be much more dangerous at breaking out of their enclosure.

Ash Comments: If you want to show a human and an alien swapping minds, should the human be photo-realistic while the alien looks like a child’s drawing? Or is he turning into an alien child’s drawing? That mouth just bugs me.

Jaouad’s Art Direction: Ok, this book is about a brain in a jar, so we’ll have a big glowing brain in a jar. With some wires and electrical discharges please, so the audience knows it’s Science. And give it evil eyesockets while you’re at it. An infinity parking lot in the background. A scientist chap. Oh, and a girl, of course. A girl in a frilly dress. With cleavage. And nailpolish.

MisterBOB’s Art Direction: I think we all know what the author means by spells, wands in children’s hands. Paint the errors involved!
